At SZ Designs, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind, handmade garments tailored to your vision. Custom orders are designed specifically for you and are therefore final sale—they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.

Timeline: Custom pieces require additional time for sourcing and production. Estimated timelines will be provided before order confirmation.

Communication: We’ll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure details, fabrics, and fit align with your expectations.

Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Creative Alignment: Because each piece represents both your vision and our design philosophy, SZ Designs reserves the right to respectfully decline custom requests that do not align with our creative style or craftsmanship standards.
After Purchase Care
Each garment is carefully handmade and requires mindful care to maintain its quality.

Care Instructions: Specific care recommendations are provided with every piece. In general, we advise gentle hand washing or professional dry cleaning to preserve delicate fabrics such as chiffon, brocade, and velvet.

Longevity: Avoid machine washing, high heat, or harsh detergents, which may damage the craftsmanship.

Repairs: If your item requires repair due to normal wear, we offer limited repair services. Please contact us to discuss options and availability.
Shipping
At SZ Designs, every piece is handmade with care. Please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted (custom orders may take longer).

Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays: Please note that shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Refund & Return
At SZ Designs, each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Custom Orders: Because custom or made-to-measure pieces are made uniquely for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
